I recently took two groups to Re-Utilise community hub in Lowestoft. The young carers could pick a ceramic object to paint. We had a variety of objects, from Gnomes, plates, dragons and even an axolotl. The young carers came up with some lovely designs, using their creativity to make them their own. I saw some of them when they had been glazed and fired and they look great. Re-Utilise was such a lovely calm space, where the young carers could take their time, eat some snacks and have a break from their caring role.
