HR Volunteer
HR Volunteer
You’ll be providing admin support to the HR team, helping them with recruitment, information system management and other HR processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with day-to-day HR activities as requested by the team
- Assisting with staff files including filing and archiving
- Helping us to keep databases up to date across HR and entering data in to our various systems
- Supporting recruitment processes, e.g sending out interview invites and collating interview packs for the interview panel, contacting candidates
- Completing training as required including online GDPR training
Our offices in Claydon
6-6 hours per week ideally for a minimum 6-month period
People Co-ordinator
This role suits you if you are:
- Organised, reliable and punctual with an interest in developing skills in HR.
- Confident using IT with word processing and database experience and the ability to record information accurately.
- Someone who understands the need for confidentiality both inside and outside the workplace and commits to maintaining it.
- A great communicator who enjoys talking to people and being part of a team.
- Able to work alone from time to time

- Be provided with the necessary induction, training, equipment and reasonable adjustments to do this role well and safely
- Be offered expenses to cover agreed travel costs between home and place of volunteering.
- Regular support and supervision will be given.
