Young Carers from Suffolk joined up virtually with Young Carers across England to collaboratively create this info poster they would like to see displayed in education and community buildings to create awareness of the diverse role of a Young Carer and the support they would like to receive from their community peers and professionals.
All ideas were listened to, agreed and then generously recreated by a Young Adult Carer.
This resource demonstrates Young Carers taking control of how they want to be acknowledged and to then influencing the support they receive.
