We have been overwhelmed with the creativity young carers and their families have managed during this time. A young Carer said they had to get an adult to help them secure the wooden pallets (in the picture below) as it would have been unsafe to use, sometimes he uses it to chill out with a book and have some privacy from the busy household!
Art with Vegetables
Don’t have any paintbrushes or craft paint? No problem! This young carer created this lovely art by using vegetables, hands and a washing up sponge! You may even have old decorating paint sitting in the shed, as long as it’s still safe to use!

One young carer sadly broke his arm whilst playing in the garden with his sister so the family have used crafts to help keep him and his sister busy! We wish you the best recovery and thank-you for these fab pictures below…
