The thing what I love about this website is how many categories there are as it covers so many different feelings, actions and plenty of teenage life problems and scenarios. Some of the titles are also put into a question so it is easy to understand what you are looking for, for example ‘What can I do to look after my mental health and emotional wellbeing?’
I also love how understandable the advice they give is as it is a great way of getting helpful tips across to you reading. The amount of helplines and contact advice information which the website gives is amazing as there is so many different phone numbers, websites and contacts. This makes the website a great place to look for advice from because it offers additional support. This website covers so many topics and they’re all covered in great depth and are very direct to the reader.
Another great thing about this site is that you can download some leaflets on mental health issues and thoughts. The website also contains many different videos for every single topic it covers.
