Horizon School have made a fantastic effort towards achieving their Bronze Award level on our Schools Award for young carers
Sarah from Horizon School is the young carers lead and has plans to support young carers whilst they are at their provision with both the primary & high school advisors.
We are very excited to be working with Sarah and the young carers at the school.
