Easter Boxes

One of our young adult carers, Chloe, has been using her spare time to make Easter Boxes. We thought this was a great idea and you could even pop some Easter treats and/or messages inside and gift to someone special (in your household!) this Easter

You will need
• Boxes
• Paint
• Paint applicators
• Rhinestones (optional)

I painted the boxes, it does take some time but as we’re in lockdown we have a fair amount of time. If you want to speed up the process you could use a hairdryer.

On the Easter bunny box I splattered gold paint and drew an Easter bunny to represent Easter. Then on the side of the box I wrote happy Easter.

I have done the same again for the second box, but when it came to decorating I did a different effect. I used sponges and cotton balls to create the effect using spring colours.

Once the box had dried I wrote ‘Happy Easter’ using a gold pen.

you don’t have to make an Easter themed box, if someone in your household is isolating you could make them a box to cheer them up and let them know you are thinking of them.

Leaving so soon?

We hope you found what you were looking for, however,
if you didn’t we’d like to still offer you some support.
