We want our services to reflect the uniqueness of our local diverse communities and ensure what we offer is accessible to all.
We want to create workplaces that reflect the communities we serve and where everyone feels welcome and safe to be able to have a voice, share experiences and know they will be heard.
There is lots more work to be done, but by working to become truly inclusive, we will be working together to ensure family carers are visible, valued, supported and connected.
