The New Year at Bramford primary school included New Awareness raising in their school to identify and support even more carers.
Some of the schools brave young carers organised an assembly for their school. They stood at the front, explaining what a young carer is and talking about the support they get in their school.
Abbie Cook, the young carer lead in school, presented them with a certificate at the end as they did so well.
These young carers are being heard, recognised and supported and they are taking their message to their partner school at Somersham and running an assembly there.
