During half term a group of young carers had the joy of working with Jo and Carol (as mentioned below) with the support of Wendie Summers who organised and hosted a Photography session. The group of young carers had a bespoke lesson on architectural photography and was encouraged to take photographs of The Guildhall in Bury St. Edmunds. Inspiration began via the walk through Abbey Gardens where young carers were drawing upon happy memories and historical facts about The Abbey Gardens.
We would like to thank Wendie, Jo and Carol who took their time to encourage and support the young carers on the day. We wish all those who have entered the Young Photographer Competition the best of luck on their entries!
