We would like to say a big thank you to the South Lowestoft Rotary Club for organising 50 food hampers for us once again this year.
The Rotary who are constant supports for Suffolk Family Carers in the Lowestoft area, worked with the Tesco in Great Yarmouth to make 50 food hampers for us to distribute. The hampers included many staple foods, some festive treats and even a Santa hat. We were able to distribute the hampers to both young carers and young adult carers across Lowestoft and wider Suffolk.
These hampers were gratefully received by our young carer families and provided much needed support to them over the festive period in these hard and uncertain times.
We are grateful to the South Lowestoft Rotary Club for their continued support and a big thank you also to Rob Blight who gave up his time to help us deliver the hampers.
