The sun was shining on us again (no surprise!) for our YAC Camp at Claydon. Everyone joined in getting the tents up, which all went without a hitch even though the wind made it a bit more challenging!
We were treated again by the Stowmarket Lions, who very kindly delivered us some delicious freshly cooked pizzas!! We are very grateful for the ongoing support they offer to young carers/young adult carers, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food!
We made fruit & chocolate kebabs (very messy), played a quiz and a few games in the evening, all very chilled, before heading to the tents.
The following day we were treated to bacon butties cooked by one of the campers, and some more time to chill out or play games. Once we’d taken all the tents down there was an ice cream extravaganza before everyone headed home.
