World Mental Health Day 2025

World Mental Health Day takes place every year on 10 October. It’s a reminder of the importance of good mental health and the need to prioritise and invest in good mental health.

The SAGES team at Suffolk Family Carers offers a FREE and confidential service for family carers, families and friends of people with mental and emotional wellbeing needs. We aim to help you maintain your caring role and look after your own wellbeing by providing advice, guidance and emotional support.

We can provide:

  • 1:1 support with advice, guidance and emotional support.
  • A monthly peer support group.
  • A range of workshops.

Bev from SAGES will be attending the Mid Suffolk Locality VASP event for World Mental Health Day this Friday to highlight the importance of mental health and wellbeing.
