Wellbeing tips with JOT

JOT the friendly robot  is being used in Suffolk to help start a conversation with children of primary-school-age about the importance of talking about our feelings.

The aim  is to provide a fun way to assist parents, carers, and primary school teachers in supporting children and young people with emotional literacy (managing difficult emotions).
