You may have seen the recent news concerning Donald Trumps statements on a potential link between paracetamol (Tylenol) and Autism. Here at Suffolk Family Carers we believe these statements are hurtful and harmful to autistic individuals and the people who care for them.
We believe we have a responsibility to challenge misinformation and stereotypes directed at neurodivergent people and are urging everyone to refer to reliable evidence-based sources of information, such as the National Autism Society (NAS) or the NHS.
Please join us in supporting the NAS Truth. It Matters campaign and be part of a better conversation about autism. Stand with those autistic people and their families who feel judged because of lies about autism. Together we can focus on how we work to create a society that truly works for autistic people
