Fancy a cuppa?
We are looking to bring together some small, informal groups of family carers that would like to meet up in local coffee shops or community cafes.
Our Idea, along with Veterans voice is to invite family carers in a similar location to come along to a coffee shop or community café to meet up and have some social time with those in similar situation – ‘Your Space’. For the first 2-3 sessions one of our friendly host volunteers will be present, after that we hope that the group will continue to meet.
We know that ‘coffee out’ can be pricey so we will always try to find venues that offer a variety of options and the first cuppa will be on us!
