Who's In Charge - Evaluation Questionnaire

Thank you for attending the Who’s In Charge Workshop. We hope that you can now spare a few minutes of your time to provide some feedback and help us evaluate the effectiveness the group and shape any improvements that can be made.

Your comments may also be used to evidence needs to commissioners and funders, and in promotion of our workshops. In return for your time we can offer you a chance of winning a £25 Sainsbury’s vouchers.
