Your feedback on paid care in your home or in a residential home.

Some family carers have told us they are concerned about raising an issue for fear of any repercussions, lack of understanding or other worries. We want to know if this is a Suffolk wide issue or not an issue at all!

This year’s theme for Carers Week is ‘caring about equality’ which has led us to want to understand family carers confidence in giving feedback to homecare providers and care in residential homes.

This survey is anonymous with the collective results informing our feedback to health and social care to help make any improvements.

It is essential to understand safe moving and handling practice so that you don’t hurt yourself, or the person you care for. The most common injuries for family carers are across the back, which may limit movement and the ability to look after the person you care for.
