Family Carer Group Leader Research

Following a recent survey regarding family carer/peer support groups we would like to be able to get a bit more of an understanding of your group and maybe signpost more family carers to join. 

We will also use this information to help promote your group and the importance of peer support groups to other family carers across Suffolk.
