Over the past few months, we have been asking you, as family carers, to nominate someone who has made a positive difference to your caring role…. it could be a neighbour, professional, someone in your community that has made a particular effort to support you in your caring role.
The award nomination is now closed.
A panel of judges, including family carers, is busy shortlisting those for each award category now and will be in touch with you if your nomination is shortlisted and/or chosen as a category winner.
