We are a learning organisation and over the past month have been reflecting on our commitment to our values and in particular our stance on anti-racism. We have recognised that we need to do more.
We are currently educating ourselves and are embarking on a proactive process of development to ensure that we embody our values, and that our commitment to anti-racism is embedded in all that we do.
We will ensure we are accountable to ourselves (trustees, staff and volunteers), family carers, professionals, partners and the wider public.
