Episode 5 – Your rights under the armed Forces Covenant (released 2nd Dec 22). Kate and Kirstie who run our specialist armed forces project talk about The Armed Forces Covenant and how it can help as a family carer if you are, or have served.

Episode 6 – Caring whilst in Education or Employment (released 5th Dec 22). Jess our project manager for Younger Carers talks to two Young Adult Carers about how they manage their caring role with a job and being in education

Episode 7 – The Importance of Wellbeing (released 7th Dec 22). The team at Suffolk Wellbeing discuss their experiences and the importance of wellbeing. This includes an overview of the services available.
