The Neurological Care Breaks Scheme allocates funds to family carers who have a significant complex caring role of someone with a neurological condition. Due to rising demand for this funding we need to ensure that any funds allocated are used in a timely manner. This gives us the possibility to reallocate unused funds to other family carers as they become available

We understand that due to the circumstances of being a family carer it may not always be possible to make immediate use of funds allocated so ask that you use the form below to tell us when you are currently planning to take a break from your caring role.. This will help ensure we can keep the funds allocated to you available for as long as possible, whilst at the same time allowing other family carers to take advantage of any funding that may no longer be required.
