Are you passionate about helping to change Young Carers lives? Do you have links to youth groups, clubs or schools?

We are looking for people to help us spread the word far and wide to help us change the lives of ALL young carers, by taking postcards to groups to gain as many signatures as we can to take directly to Downing Street. This campaign is being backed by our patron Onjali Q Rauf, author and activist, and is part of a national initiative led by Carers Trust.

Postcards will be supplied by Suffolk Family Carers, you do not need to post them as we are collecting them to hand-deliver ourselves.
