Quarterly Prize Draw T&C’s
- The prize draw is open to family carers registered with Suffolk Family Carers who respond to a direct request for service feedback. This may include employees of Suffolk Family Carers and other charitable organisations who registered with us as carers.
- Entry into the prize draw is free of charge.
- Entries are made by providing an email address or telephone number when responding to an eligible service feedback survey.
- The email address or telephone number used to enter the prize draw must be held in Suffolk Family Carers’ database of registered family carers. Entries made using details not held in this database are not eligible for the prize draw.
- It is at the sole discretion of Suffolk Family Carers which service feedback surveys are eligible for entry into the prize draw. This will be clearly detailed within each service feedback survey.
- Recipients of service feedback surveys may choose to enter the prize draw. Suffolk Family Carers takes no responsibility for any failure to enter.
- By entering the prize draw, consent is given for Suffolk Family Carers to hold the personal details provided in accordance with its privacy statement. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent prior to a prize draw taking place will make the entry ineligible for the prize draw.
- The only method of entry into a prize draw is by providing an email address or telephone number when responding to an eligible service feedback survey.
- Entries into a prize draw may be received from multiple different service feedback surveys within a draw period. These will be consolidated into a single prize draw per draw period.
- Draw periods and prize draw dates are as follows. These will repeat annually;
- Draw period: 15th February – 14th May. Prize draw date: 15th May
- Draw period: 15th May – 14th August. Prize draw date: 15th August
- Draw period: 15th Aug – 14th November. Prize draw date: 15th November
- Draw period: 15th November to 14th February. Prize draw date: 15th February
- Should any of the nominated prize draw dates fall on a weekend or public holiday, the prize draw will take place on the next available working day after the specified prize draw date. This does not affect the draw period. The entries included in the prize draw will be from the associated draw period only.
- All eligible prize draw entries received during a draw period will be included in the prize draw for that period. For example, the prize draw which takes place on 15th May will contain the eligible email addresses or telephone numbers from all eligible service feedback responses received between 15th Feb & 14th May of the same year.
- Multiple entries are permitted during a prize draw period – one entry per service feedback response received.
All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning the prize draw. - The prize draw winner will be drawn at random from all qualifying entries by a member of Suffolk Family Carers’ staff. Any member of staff that has entered the prize draw will be prohibited from selecting the winner.
- Prize draw winners will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided to enter. No attempt will be made to contact via other means.
- In the event of Suffolk Family Carers being unable to contact the winner within 28 days of the draw date the draw will be void and no prize will be awarded for the draw period.
- Responses received as service feedback and the details provided for entry into the prize draw are stored separately. Service feedback survey responses are captured anonymously, except in the case where the respondent explicitly requests contact from Suffolk Family Carers for ongoing support. Entry into the prize draw will not be linked to service feedback responses in any other instance.
- Draw prizes are mostly received via donations. As such Suffolk Family Carers reserves the right to substitute the prize offered at the start of a draw period with an alternative of equal value.
- Suffolk Family Carers wishes to use the winner’s details for publicity and promotion. Each prize draw winner will be asked to consent to this publicity. Consent maybe withheld or withdrawn at any time.
- Where vouchers are offered as a prize for a prize draw it will be possible to spend them at national retailers, or retailers operating within Suffolk. Suffolk Family Carers accepts no responsibility for any geographic limitations which may be experienced by the prize draw winner.
- There is no cash alternative for any prize.
- Suffolk Family Carers may suspend a prize draw at any time during a draw period. Entries received prior to the suspension will be included in the next available draw period.
- Suffolk Family Carers may cancel the prize draw at any time during a draw period. All entries received during the draw period will become void. No further prize draws will take place after cancellation date
