Following a review of calls and messages received by the Hub, our first point of contact for family carers, we are changing our opening hours.
From 1st February 2024 the Hub will be open 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. This is to ensure we can make more staff available to you when you need them most. After this change of hours we will continue to closely monitor calls and messages and may revert to the previous hours (8:00am to 6:30pm) if demand for support in these time periods increases.
Although the Hub hours are changing we recognise that there may be times where you would like to contact us outside of these core hours. You can continue to use our online chat system or contact us via email 24 hours a day. We will get back to you as soon as we can on the next working day. If you would like you can also arrange an appointment with our duty team or advisors anytime up to 8pm in the evening.
