SUFFOLK FAMILY CARERS STRATEGY MEETING
During May and June we held a series of events across Suffolk to gather your views and help us ensure we are delivering the services you need, in a way that works for you, over the coming years. At the time of arranging these sessions, we understood the dates/times may not be suitable for everyone.
We would now like to offer you an opportunity to further participate in this review via an online survey. The survey has been created using the feedback already received, and ensures we focus on the areas that we have been told are important to family carers. You will of course be able to add new items that are of interest to you, if not already included.
