I find it easier to speak to a person about my caring role, rather than on the phone – what’s available?
Our team of advisers is back out in the community and you will find them at various public locations around the county, such as cafes and leisure centres – look for ‘Drop-ins’ on the Events page of the website and in the newsletter.
The team is there to answer your questions, provide information and guidance on issues that you might be experiencing, signpost to local community services,
make referrals for specific support or give you an opportunity be listened to and have your voice heard. Anyone is welcome and there’s no need to book.
Our Claydon office is open, so, if that’s more convenient for you, drop by there and ask to speak with an adviser.
If you’d prefer a private conversation about your caring role at home, at Claydon or at another location of your choosing, then this can also be arranged. We are here to help identify and directly support family carers in all aspects of their lives, but also help support others to do this too. We are out and about working
