On Wednesday 26th April the Young Carers team at Suffolk Family Carers team were invited to host a stall at Northgate’s first Wellbeing Fair. It was a great networking event as well as having the opportunity to speak to families 1:1 advising on how to refer and what support is available.
We even ran a mini nomination treat for staff and asked students who came to the event to take part. We asked them to nominate who deserves a ‘time for tea’ in connection to our Carers Trust – Young Carers Action Day theme of ‘time for me’.
We dropped off the lovely treat to the lucky staff member on the 5th May, we hope you enjoy!
