Wow, we have been steaming ahead around the south coast! This week, together we have travelled 340 miles!
We flew past Canterbury cathedral, grabbed an ice cream at Margate beach before speeding through Dover, stopping to admire the amazing sand dune beach at Camber Sands before heading to Portsmouth to catch the Ferry to Isle of White. A whistle stop tour around the island to visit Dinosaur Island then headed to see The Needles where we collected various coloured sands on the beach. Leaving the Isle of White by Ferry we sailed back to take a trip through the New Forest. It’s huge! And seeing the wild horses that roam around was incredible!

We have left the New Forest and have almost reached Charmouth / Lyme Regis where we shall will be on the Jurassic coast searching for fossils!
Watch out for the ammonites!

Showing each weeks journey. This week we journeyed from London to Margate to Isle of Wight to The New Forest.
