Older Persons Carers Group

Come and join these monthly carers group, taking place on 2nd Wednesday of each month

The informal gathering is aimed at offering carers support, so come along for a cuppa and a chat with experienced staff and people in a similar situation as you.

This is also a perfect opportunity to tell NSFT what you think about the services they provide, your feedback is important to help them improve.

There will be a variety of guest speakers on topics that you may find useful and informative.
