Information Hub Navigator (Customer Support Assistant)

Location: Claydon
Salary: £19,171 pro rata per annum (£7,772 - £9,326 for 15-18 hours per week)

To respond to all organisational enquiries(via telephone, email and website including ‘on-line’ chat from family carers, professionals and members of the public and promote cross organisational working.

Fixed term until 30 September 2020. Based in Claydon

As part of the Information Hub you will be the first point of contact either by telephone or email. As Infornation Hub Navigator you will help to navigate the family carer and/or professional around the services we offer internally and refer/signpost to external organisations to support them on their pathway. 

You will have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, show empathy with family carers who may be emotionally upset or distressed and work with them in a professional capacity. This is a great opportunity to get involved with working in an Information Hub which is supporting the entire organisation to give clear information, advice and guidance to all family carers. 

Please note that whilst there is some flexibility around the working hours, ideally these hours are to be carried out on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and possibly Friday afternoons.
