DESCRIPTION:Join us and find ways to improve your confidence and resilience.\n\n\nDealing with the daily challenges you face as a Family Carer can make it hard to recover your wellbeing after a set-back\, especially if you are a family carer supporting someone with mental health issues\, complex needs or exhibiting challenging behaviours. The resilient carer can pick themselves up and move forward after a set-back. This workshop is designed to provide support for you to develop / maintain your resilience in your caring role. \n____________________________________________________ \nThe workshop is available FREE to our registered family carers over eighteen. If you are not already registered with us\, please complete our registration form.
