Family Carers Wellbeing

Being a family carer can place huge demands on your own emotional wellbeing. In the 2017 State of Caring report nearly half of family carers said they had suffered from depression because of their caring role.

As a family carer, it’s really important to look after yourself, in turn this can help you feel stronger and more able to cope with you caring role.
