It is a great way to develop your understanding and develop your own strategies to improve emotional and physical wellbeing\, boost your confidence and connect with others. Areas covered include the meaning / importance of wellbeing for family carers\, strategies to improve your own wellbeing\, overcoming challenges faced to improve your wellbeing and planning to achieve your wellbeing goals. \nThe dates of the sessions are; \n\nWednesday 4th November 2026\, 1.30pm-3.30pm\nWednesday 11th November 2026\, 1.30pm-3.30pm\nWednesday 18th November 2026\, 1.30pm-3.30pm\n\nWe recommend attending all three sessions to gain the full benefit.
