Subjects include; \n\n\n\n\nWhat is wellbeing?\n\n\n\nThe Five Ways to wellbeing\n\n\n\nLife approaches that support your wellbeing\n\n\n\nOvercoming challenges\n\n\n\nPlanning to achieve your wellbeing goals\n\n\n\n\nThe dates of the sessions are; \n\n\n\n\nThursday 16th July 2026\, 1.30pm-3.30pm\n\n\n\nThursday 23rd July 2026\, 1.30pm-3.30pm\n\n\n\nThursday 30th July 2026\, 1.30pm-3.30pm\n\n\n\n\nWe recommend attending all three sessions to gain the full benefit.  However\, we understand that this may not always be possible\, and you may still find value in attending a single session – please just let us know when booking. DESCRIPTION:Come along to this weekly support group at Ipswich County Library for anyone experiencing dementia\, including family and carers. The sessions are designed to open up discussions about dementia and we offer activities for people who come along as well as guest speakers who can provide advice and information on a range of topics. \n\n\n\nThere is no need to register or be referred\, you can attend the sessions as often or as little as you like. There’s no obligation to get involved in discussions until you feel comfortable doing so and there’s always a hot drink and a listening ear waiting for you.
