Understanding sleep and how to gain better sleep
This is a great opportunity for you, as family carers, to learn more about sleep and gain strategies to help you get better sleep in the future.
This is a 2 week programme with workshops taking place on Saturday 21st April and Saturday 12th May 2018.
The workshops have interactive elements so the facilitator asks that all attendees bring their own pillow.
